About
Sylvester Trail Run Challenge is a 2 day stage race in and around Karoo National Park in tribute to celebrate the freedom of Sylvester, the run away Karoo Lion.
The 2 day stage race will start with a prologue on 2 June 2023 at the reservation office of the Karoo National Park. This is very spectator friendly and will take runners through a purpose build course and past the stoep of the Salt and Pepper Restaurant where family and friends can keep an eye on the action, while sipping on a cocktail!!
Stages 2 will start and finish at Camp Grantham, which forms part of Karoo National Park. The race village will offer the facility to rent tents and the stay over in the race village will not only be convenient but promises to be something out of this world.
